B.Tech IT is a program wherein students are trained to work as developer in the field of computer applications development and maintenance. B.Sc CS is 3-year graduation degree to expose students to basic of computer Science. Syllabus includes courses on computer programming languages, data structure, databases, and networking, etc. are common. B.Sc CS degree program primarily focused on subjects with more mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies. B.Sc CS degree can only help you to get only entry level jobs and will require acquisition of PG degrees such as MCA and M.Sc CS for a meaningful career and growth. B.Tech in CSE is a technical/professional which is more useful to present scenario of the market whereas B.Sc is a non-technical course where you can learn just basic, but not practically. BE/ B.Tech is a lot better than B.Sc.

B.Tech in CS is better than B.Sc CS, because B.Tech in computer Science is more practical oriented one than B.Sc in CS. So, my suggestion is B.Tech in CS.
