If you want to pursue B.Sc, then you should go for your state government colleges.

Well, it depends on you. But choose that college where all the facilities are available. I should prefer you to join LPU.

You should go for LPU as I would have suggested the government college only in the case that it would be a central government funded. Also, LPU being a private and secure university, will be more promising than other college you are considering as a second choice.
