Doing MBA or MS or even PGDM from Canada will have value and your work experience may land you into a job, right after your studies, so MBA in international business or strategic management would be your best choice and Canada is the best place for MBA than India right now and even PGDM from Canada has value and you can consider Masters in international business too, but MBA is better than Master's degree. Masters is better than PGDM and budget reduces respectively, so plan according to your need, keep an eye on GMAT (may/may not) its based on the requirement of the university you are applying, but good GMAT score definitely adds your profile and 6.5 band in IELTS with no individual band less than 6 will make your admission easy and Canada have flexible rules for immigration. Good luck.
