I’d suggest you to continue your specialisation since it is very rare nowadays that one will continue MBA after B.Tech rather than M.Tech after B.Tech. There are plenty of recruitment options for M.Tech students in government sectors like ISRO, DRDO, etc. The vacancies in ISRO are 20-30 for engineers. Go for M.Tech only because continuity of your specialisation would be very good.

All it depends upon is on your interest and choice. If you are interested to explore career in electronics like embedded, networking, then go for M.Tech. If you are interested in management sector, then go for MBA. Both are different.

This would depend on your interest areas, and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then M.Tech/ MS is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Salary is a function of many factors. It is advisable to pursue a course of your interest area, as chances of greater success will be there in doing what you like to do than doing something that doesn't meet your aspirations.
