You can go for MBA, because as you have mentioned, B.Sc is just a degree, you have to do something further that industry needs.

You can opt for MCA after completing B.Sc in mathematics. It will help you lots in MCA, if you have degree in mathematics.

Better to go for B.Sc in mathematics, and then take admission for MCA, but remember to get admission in top colleges, because only top level colleges can make you better programmer or software engineer.

I will suggest you to go for MCA after B.Sc in maths. MCA has a far better scope compared to physics. MCA done from a good college can fetch you a good job. But do a course on C, C+ before getting into a MCA programme, so that you will not face much problem there.
