It is good decision because before going MBA if you have min 1 year experience so it is too much better than for your future career even now the IIT students also take min 1 year experience before going MBA and if your performance is excellent in company so the company provide you the opportunity for doing MBA course and the total fees of MBA paying by company.

It's perfectly normal to work between undergraduate degree and MBA. In fact it's a good idea to gain some work experience before going for MBA. There are many opportunities out there. Companies are looking for freshers, graduates and also MBA graduates. It's not that MBA graduates are less in demand. The demand of all kind of candidates is on a rise. So don't worry, gain a couple of years of experience and even after two years if you feel like doing MBA, then go for it.
