I think your marks are quite low, but then also you should contact the respective dept. For clear and accurate details.

I am not aware about the cutoff in KITM. But, my personal suggestion for you is, you should go for B.Tech. Don't waste your 2 years effort. And, doing B.Tech from average college is better than doing Diploma from Good College. Rest is your choice.
