Very generic but very important question at your stage. Your Interest will provide you the best answer to do. If you choose higher studies after BBA, it is also a great option for you as you have made your base for the career and now it will be the time to make your career in pace or to define the pace. Because only BBA will not provide you a good career growth. MBA can explore you the best options with best opportunities. If you choose a job for now then it will help you to make your theoretical knowledge to get practical exposure but as I said BBA will not provide you growth. The best strategy would be doing 2 years of a good job and then pursuing MBA from a reputed organization which will pace your career with good placement for sure. However, factors like your interest and dedication after job to go for higher study may decrease so it is equally important for you to cope it now. Finally, I would say if you can study hard after 2-years also then go for a job now and take at least two years of experience which may also help you to finance your MBA as well. Give more importance to your opinion.

Bachelors of Business Administration is a course which teaches about fundamentals and basics of how a corporate management works. So, with this basic knowledge you can do a job rather than pursuing your higher education. You may get salary but you won't get promotion in the organisation. You'll be placed in the same position for years and years until and unless you have a Post-Graduation degree in your hand, you can't expect any promotions in any organisation. But if you want to pursue your higher education in IIM or some other reputed institutes, then you need to have two years of work experience. So, for that you can get a job and work or else, if your family can't afford your higher education and you don't want to take any kind of loans from money lending institutions then you can work and make some savings for your higher education and when you feel like you have enough money to purse your higher education then just go for it, but don't work for whole life without having an Post Graduation degree.Just Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) won't help you for the rest of the life in such a mechanical competitive life. If you want a better position and better salary, then you've to get a Post-Graduation degree. Better complete your studies till post-graduation with no breaks and then search for a job, because once you get a job and receive salaries. Then you may lose your motivation on studies and the motivation will be diverted to work due to the money. Money is the dangerous thing which can make you a toy and play. So, never lose your self-control to anything.

I would say go for higher studies from the top universities Amity University, Lovely Professional University or Symbiosis Institute of Business Management that offers excellent learning atmosphere to its students and placement option is also very good.

Both choices are good as after completing BBA you can go for further studies like MBA but for experience you can go for job than after getting work experience of 1-2 years you can pursue master degree. And it also depends on your interest.

According to me, it depends on the college you will get for your higher studies like MBA. If you will get the top and reputed college, then go for it. i.e. higher studies. And, if you get average college, then I will suggest you to go for job. Do your job for one or two year, and try for entrance exams for getting top college for your MBA, and whenever you will get it, go for higher studies.

If you take up a job after BBA that will give you a work experience but it won’t fetch you handsome salary package and the promotions won't be at that high phase as are provided to the person holding a Master’s degree in management. I would suggest you can do a job foar a year and gain a work experience and then apply for the Master’s degree programme in management as per your interest. There are no. of courses available in management for the students courses like MBA having 250 specialisations viz. marketing, human resource, health care, agriculture, IT, etc. If you have interest in marketing then you can go for Masters in Marketing Management and if you have an interest in human resource then you can opt for Masters in Personnel Management. While you can divert other fields like Mass communication, MBA in design management, commerce, arts, fine arts, law, etc. are also some of the options available.
