Go for a job if a good prospect is coming your way. Justification: Media, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Advt Management, Promotion, Media Production, Digital Marketing, Online Reputation Management etc a. Are such courses that must be put to use as early as possible. My rationale is not against doing higher studies, but you can keep studies along with the JOB. Remember, that it is good to start your career in this domain as early as possible. If the option of Higher Studies is based on absence of good job and an attractive option to Study at a Good Place then the Higher Ed option is also good. Favour the idea of Vocational Education. As the western countries have when youngsters prefer to start their vocation early. One more submission is that the 'course' as stated in the query has to be of good repute and for a good standing. .merely a certificate course won't do.much. There has to be a degree.
