Hi! Please note my answer is not specific to any particular course. This is what I have experienced. If you are going to pursue higher studies just for the sake of getting a good package, then stop right there because it will never help unless you are good at your subject and if you are so good in your subject then you are already a master, you don't need a degree to prove it. It would be another case if you are changing your field like you are planning to do MBA and are not from commerce background. In that case, doing Masters can help you. Also, it is very much required to do a very clear research on the job where you want to land up in future. And this can be achieved if you have a handful of industry experience first. This gives a wide prospective of our future plans and can surely help in taking a right decision. It's really fine if you experience a different industry and want to land up in some other, the learning you get during your job is something beyond people's advice. Because this is totally your's and only you can take the best decision for yourself. Hope it helps thank you.
