Abhinav, All these courses have their different advantages. B.Sc will give you a deep knowledge about Science while B.Tech gives you a practical and technical knowledge. And, BBA will give a Business knowledge. So, it is based on your interested what you want to do and it doesn't matter that you dropped a year. If you have interest in economics, maths, then you can pursue for B.Sc with economics honors. But, if you are interested in management, then go for BBA.
