Good morning dear, After B.Com (Honours), there are a lot of options, it also includes B.Ed or M.Com there after Ph.D. All the options are equally good, its all your area of interest as to which area you wants to move into. As far as my suggestion is concerned, try for competitive exams along with part time Master's degree. Thanks and all the best.
