How much work experience do you have? If you are not enjoying your job that much and have full interest in MBA then I would suggest you to leave the job and pursue full-time MBA. But if you are not that much interested then do distance executive MBA or the weekends classes of MBA.

No, you can go for executive BA without quitting job also. If you do it in weekends it will be easy for you. A lot of campuses like ISME, Alliance, Welingkar provides such type of executive MBA.
