It really depends on your interest.If you are one of those people who does engineering only in the hope of getting a high package salary at the end of four years then I would suggest that none of the two branches will be good for you. Anyways if you are good in programming then you should definitely go.for Cs as these days good programmers are paid quiet a lot and you will get instant success. Or else civil engineering is also good but might a longer time to reach the top. Finally I would suggest, you should go for that branch which suits you the best. Thank you.
