The placement are ranging from an average of 4.5 to max of 9.6 lacs per anaum . But frankly speaking there arent many companies regaring technical but if you wish to change to non technical then there are a lot of options and the packeges goes as high as 18-22 lacs p.a The labs are very good and all the equipments are there in the campus. Biotech dept at thapar has a lot of funding and there wont be any complaint on the part of the equitments and intruments . if you want a list of all the equipment would be glad to provide it too. The faculties are very good. Little strict but that is nessesary and there are all the PhD students that help a lot .
