In Indian IT industry standard accepted degrees are B.Tech CSE or IT / MCA/ M.Sc CS or IT for developer and testers roles. With BCA, you can only get job in small and medium size IT companies. You will not be eligible for majority of large IT companies and MNCs. These companies will hire BCA graduates after a few years of experience. For a meaningful career, you will have to do MCA.
