For MBA freshers, I'd suggest that you try your fate in other management related jobs too. If you are willing to pursue career in teaching/ lectureship only then you can opt for these subjects: Management code-19 Future job aspects are: Jobs in PSU. Lectureship in universities. Research Fellow in labs or academic institutes. Promotion Aspects: You can become dean of your department after successive promotions. You can even visit foreign universities for research related projects. My uncles who were working in Indian universities have visited Germany and Nepal for their research projects. The learning experience is incredible with this job.
