At 70% in CAT, its tough to get into PUMBA. If you can please appear for MH-CET as well, you can find the details regarding the entrance exam on the following website:

The cut-off was 99.98 which is assigned by DTE and admissions takes place based on this merit score. Under All India quota last year, cut-off was merit score of 99.98 which is assigned by DTE and admissions takes place based on this merit score. So, right now its difficult to tell about your chances.
