In India, candidates choose teaching field only when all the doors get closed but this is sad to say, when candidates choose this field by choice then he or she will surely get good jobs. To get into teaching field B.Ed has now become compulsory. One can get jobs in schools after doing this course and good salary as well. But in order to get admission in any college of national importance in India then he/she must pursue Masters after the completion of Bachelors and then go for M.Ed, which means 4 years of studies will be worth a top college. After doing M.Ed candidates are eligible for CBSE UGC NET and through this exam one can get admission in top colleges as an assistant professor and get research work as a JR.
