B.Com is a good base for commerce students, but only doing B.Com will make it hard for a student to get a good package, You need to pursue for some professional courses also like CA, CS, CWA, MBA, etc.

b.con does not have any major benefits. you shoud do any Masters course or any professional course like chartered accountant.

B.Com has gain more importance now a days as u might nt be aware but frm this year from 1st year itself there will be board exams so total of 6 board exams in 3 yrs and even after graduation you can get job as per Your choice. person graduating frm B.Com can be a teacher with M.Com as an advantage, can join banks, can do business can work with many companies as sales, marketing, accounting, back office, and many more options.so don't take plain B.Com so lightly
