The PEM programme is oriented towards the mechanical crowd itself. Other than making you deft at subjects like operations research, stats etc, we are being taught of HR, business development, tendering and bidding etc. These all help a lot in the CV. Also, the classes hours here, count in as the reqd hours for the PMI certifications. That's a huge career boost option. Companies which come over, often have preferences for guys with experience. You ll fit right in. This programme basically makes you ready to fit in to the organizations in a vast number of capacities. Good luck with the future.
