CCNA is an entry-level networking course from Cisco Systems. It opens various path in the field of networking. The career opportunities after passing CCNA are Network Engineer, Network Administrator, Technical Support Engineer, system admin, etc. If you are serious about your career then you should go for CCNP or CCIE for better job and money after getting some experience of networking. The only certification will not help you to get going in the field of networking, always acquire great knowledge along with certification. Many people try to pass CCNA with the help of dumps. Dumps can be helpful in passing the exams but it will not give you proper knowledge of the domain. Courses information can be attained from authorised training partner of Cisco.
