MCSE and MCSA are two certifications that are given to professionals who prove themselves to be competent in handling Microsoft systems. MCSE stands for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and MCSA stands for Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. MCSE and MCSA are two of the most well-known and trusted Microsoft certifications in the field of IT. The main difference between the MCSA and MCSE is that the MCSA is an associate or entry level certification and the MCSE is the Expert level certification. The MCSA certification, which is a prerequisite to studying the MCSE, focuses on servers, operating systems and web applications while the MCSE teaches business intelligence, private cloud computing, server infrastructure and data platform skills and knowledge. Window systems by Microsoft are the most common Enterprise Computing systems both as desktop or server or mobile computing. MCSE and MCSA experts are required for installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft computing technology equipment. With development of remote IT infrastructure management, India has become hub for outsourcing of remote IT infrastructure operation and management. Therefore, opportunities for MCSE and MCSA engineers will continue to increase. It is a good career option for B.Tech Electronics and other non-engineering graduates who want to work as system administrator and grow in IT infrastructure management career.
