The career prospects for human resources are very vast in India and abroad. Human resource is one of the demanding fields of education in Bachelor of business administration. A majority of students who do Bachelor's degree do it in BBA. BBA in HR in the last few years has not been up to the mark in terms of jobs and salary package, but there is a big change in the scenario now. Slowly, the salary package again started to go up. Initially, the salary package will be less for an HR executive but gradually it will increase with experience. Try to take up an internship in the best companies for 2-3 months as this will definitely help you with the further career opportunities. There is an immense opportunity for HR students in the core HR field. A lot of consulting companies are also growing. So, I hope BBA in HR will have a lot of scope in the coming years.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job prospects for human resource professionals are growing and expected to maintain a decent high in upcoming years. As a human resource profile in India or abroad your main duties will primarily revolve around recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coordinate a company's administrative functions and act as a bridge between the management and the employees of an organisation. The median wage ranges from $50000-$141,500 annually and depends on your role, country, etc. With more and more experience, one can also earn millions. Multiple opportunities are available in this field, with a BBA, however, you can be eligible for entry-level jobs, common roles include HR Assistant, HR Executive, Training and Development Coordinator, Payroll Specialist, Labour Relations Manager, Training and Development Manager and so on. With higher qualifications like MBA or MS, one can apply for roles such as Director, VP of Human Resources and so on.
