MBA in Human Resources Management is a two-year full-time degree programme which enables the individual to tackle the most important aspect of the company that is Manpower/people working. To tackle their challenge like Payroll Management, Recruitment, and selection, Industrial policy, Retention, Increment, Job assignment, negotiate with the employee, etc. Overall the main notice behind this is to handle the employee who works happily in the organisation. It is the duty of the HR that the employee should get good working environment and will be happy to make their decision regarding the same. The skill required to be an HR are negotiating skill, manpower management, communication skills, managing grey areas, etc. So these are the main highlights of doing MBA in HR. If you have these skills then you are able to get a salary of about 5 lakh per annum to about 1 crore per annum after you get good experience working in corporate. Thanks and all the best!

HR Professionals have good career growth opportunities, as nowadays large and medium size enterprises have HR professionals for day to day HR operations and some HR professional reach to the level of board members and some even become CEOs. People with social skills and empathy are suitable for HR. Salary of HR professionals are in range of Rs 5 Lakh per annum to Rs 1Crore plus per annum. To be become good HR manager you require skills such as organizing capability, dealing with grey areas, good communication and negotiations skills, capability to handle changes, capacity to handle conflicts, etc.
