BA English is a fairly flexible course and offers diverse career options such as- 1. Management careers - Marketing, Human Resources etc. 2. Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, Corporate Communications 3. Media careers like Advertising, Journalism and Film Making 4. Academic careers like Teaching and Research and particularly Training. English Language Training is a big and growing sector in India with jobs freelance and full-time options as an English language trainer or a voice and accent trainer. 5. You could also do an M.A. Or a B.Ed or take up some of the Professional courses. 6. Studying a foreign language full time can be an excellent career option. You can go further for MA English, and there are many professional courses you can pursue.

You can do MA in English or you can do Mass Communication in Translation, Journalism Master’s degree is an advantage.

There is a great scope of PG. As you can go in for teaching, and if you go for Ph.D or JRF, then you can go for lectureship. You can apply in media or start writing blogs or articles.
