Acting and anchoring can lead to a good profile in the government sector. We have seen that there are so many awareness programmes of the government where millions of people are engaged to spread a word about the policies as well as general well-being awareness. Theatre, till date is the best method and tool to do so. Hence, acting is in demand as a skill. The government is finding it tough to reach the world without skilled professionals who make the best of communication. Persuasive and impressive communication skills are important and even the government has been making use of the best and creative+innovative people by hiring them as public relations officers for various departments. The hiring is not just restricted to the offering by the Information and Public Relation Department. Any ministry or department that is dealing with people, has a need for someone with a course in mass communication/theatre, etc. These jobs are offered for the role of actors with the cultural wing and have ample scope for the eligible people.
