Indian Government has a department or to say a dedicated wing to advertising management. This department gives the government advertisement to all media. NDAVP: Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity which works under the Ministry of Information and broadcasting. If there is a department, then certainly job is also there. It must be made clear as an advice that most of the standard job I such fields require a Bachelor's Degree as the minimum. Selected jobs may ask for higher qualifications as well. This department only hires the advertising agencies for government works. The rates or prices are also approved pan India by DAVP. Along with DAVP, State Governments also have their dedicated Public Relations Department which needs people with this qualification. This is again stated the 'course' has to be a specialisation through a Bachelor's Degree or a Post graduation.
