The government has not created many jobs for animation in their own sector. There are very few government job opportunities, but you have to know that animation & multimedia is a non-conventional i.e a modern career option. The work culture of this field is very different from that in bureaucracy (government sector). You can attain the same level of security and financial stability like that in a government job or even better just by making appropriate choices in course and institutes which provide good career opportunities in Animation, VFX and other related fields. This a vast industry, use of design and digital media is inevitable, resulting in high demand of skilled professional artist. I hope I have answered your question if you have further queries feel free to reply.
