If you are specifically talking about government jobs after Masters in multimedia with specialisation in fashion designing, then there are fewer opportunities in this field. It's more of a private job thing. But you can get a job in teaching field in government colleges of designing like NIFT, NID, etc. But for that you have to complete your education first. You need to do Bachelor's as well as Master's and then Ph.D. If you don't want to do Ph.D. degree then you should have 2 years of experience after your Master's (only the experience after your Master's will be counted). Apart from teaching line, ministry of textile and Handicrafts & Handloom Exports Council of India also offers some government jobs, but for that you need to have experience in the craft sector.
