With Masters in inorganic chemistry you can work with chemical industries, pharma industries, as a lecturer after clearing NET in chemical sciences and many more options are there. MPhil is Master of Philosophy and PhD is Doctorate. MPhil is preparatory course for doing doctorate as research methodology is the main aim of M.Phil.
