First of all, there is no such thing as technology law. So, I assume that by technology law you meant information technology law. Information technology law is a transactional-based practice that addresses the issues that arise when companies develop, license, acquire, or sell information technology and computer-related products and services. But cyber law is the part of the overall legal system that deals with the Internet, cyberspace, and their respective legal issues. Cyber law covers a fairly broad area, encompassing several subtopics including freedom of expression, access to and usage of the Internet, and online privacy. So, basically, there is information technology laws are included in cyber laws.
