No, you are not. Diploma holders can't get admission in post graduation courses. You need to be a graduate and the eligibility criteria is stated below: Passed with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in any full-time Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian universities. Or Appeared for the final year examination of any full-time Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian University. Wish you luck.
