Yes, you can do MBA after your B.Sc. But, you have to give entrance exams for getting admission in any MBA college. Give entrance exams next year. Prepare well for that and take good colleges rather than any average college.

You can do MBA after graduation in any subject. If you are interested in tourism field, then you can surely go ahead for an MBA degree. But after pursuing UG in B.Sc in Zoology, you have to do a lot of hard work to cope up with your new field. Since, you have papers like operational management, research methodology and some other management subjects which will be quite interesting. It is not mandatory that you have to clear any entrance exam to enter all institutions. But for some, it could be mandatory.
