Dear, As you did Polytechnic Diploma after 10th boards, you can take admission for lateral entry in 2nd year fot regular B.Tech. But if you like to continue your job then AMIE sec A & B is the wise solution to pursue which is equivalent to B.Tech/BE. Best wishes.
