ROI means Return On Investment. A great ROI means: fees - 2L & average package - 16L; poor ROI means: fees - 20L & average package - 6L. Hope you got it! For a fresher, the package offered depends upon his/her B-school & the types of companies recruiting. It can be anywhere between 6L and 20L. So, you can assume it to be around 12L.
