In my view, B.Tech CSE+M.Tech is a better option. B.Tech has more value and mainly it depends upon from which college you are pursuing it. Also, your skills as it focuses on both theoretical and practical fields.

UEM Jaipur the best option in college at Jaipur for pursuing engineering in computer stream. I would suggest you for BCA and MCA as it is a degree course and many career options do need this. Visit the college to know about courses of both and distinguish it.

For getting job in top MNCs that you have mentioned, you will have to do B.Tech CSE+M.Tech, as this is more valued combination than BCA+MCA. Yes, post-graduation is needed for that, but you can't be able to get job, if you are not a good coder.
