What is architectural engineering? Is this available in India? Can I do join it since I'm a civil engineer and interested in designing?

Architectural engineering, also known as building engineering, is the application of engineering principles and technology to building design and construction. As of 2011, there are 17 accredited architectural engineering programs. In India around 200 colleges are there which provides degree in Architectural engineering.
