If this was for my mean I would choose c. S which is apart better from I. T. Although, there's no such difference between c. S & I. T technology. Both are liable and demanded course. You need focus on to the aim of your goals. Priority, must be being with C.s. Where you learn about how to deal with the modulation of technology. In which you will be able to learn assemble and decode the programs. You could create your own soft. & programs according to the terms of demand. Not even programs but you will be able to how with the robotics warfare. I bet you to do with your own willingness and you will be the next Mark Zuckerberg.

If this was for my mean, I would choose CS which is far better from IT. Although, there is no such difference between CS and IT. Both are liable and demanded course. You need focus on to the aim of your goals. Priority must be being with CS, where you can learn about how to deal with the modulation of technology. In which, you will be able to learn assemble and DE-CODE the programs. You could create your own software and programs according to the terms of demand. Not even programs, but you will be able to deal with the robotics warfare. I bet, you to do with your own willingness and you will be the next Mark Zuckerberg.

Both branches are almost same. There is a minor difference between them. If you take admission in IT, there is no problem as all the subjects are same for both branches. There is only 2 or 3 subjects difference between them as you say. If you really have the option, then you can go for CS. There is no such thing that CS has more priority than IT. Both goes from the same stuff but if you have option, then go for CS.

All courses are good as per current trend; you can get good opportunity in all courses. It depends upon your interest, which one is suitable for you, if you are expert in all then I would suggest you to get admission in Information Technology. IT courses are available everywhere.
