It would depend on the age factor + your work experience + the actual requirement in the career / job that you have chosen. Incase you fresh then go ahead and do MBA before getting into a job. If you are working somewhere then evaluate how much experience would be good for you in that job before going for MBA. If your work expwrience is less than 3 years then I would suggest that you keep working and gain useful experience of at least 3 to 4 years before venturing into doing MBA. You can then also choose the specialization subject favorabel to your work/job/career.
