Dear, There is no link of scholarship or no need to obtained any sponsor letter from anyone. These 2 categories depend on percentage on PCM of class 12th. Like in computer science for a non-sponsor category, the minimum percentage is 70 percentage in PCM and for sponsor category is min 65%. In sponsor category, the percentage will be relaxed by 5 percentage and fee will be high. All the best!
