HCL Talent care is an initiative that has been launched by HCL Corporation for helping those engineers, who have obtain their degree, but not get placed in any company. This program is actually a helping hands for those students. The objective is to hone the abilities of engineering graduate students with additional skills for effective employment, and also to bride industry-academia skill gap.
