M.Sc IT is good, but it not enough in today's competitive world. You will have to develop something special in you which will differ you from others. Better you should opt any specialization according to your interest like you can choose any Networking, programming language or you can opt any database like Oracle/MS Sql and learn it quite hard. Then, go for their certifications (like OCA, OCP, MCSA MSCE, CCNA etc. ). Once you are certified, with M.Sc. IT. You will get more opportunities in the job market.
