What is the average CTC in Christ University, Bangalore for MBA program?

We have over 150 organizations from different sector namely IT, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, Healthcare, Automobile, Real estate, Hospitality, etc. The number of organizations and the compensation has consistently increased over the years. Our highest compensation this year is Rs 11.5 LPA and we have averaged at Rs 6 LPA. At least 70% of the companies who visit have recruited from us in the past which talk about the quality of our students and every year, there are about 25% new organizations. The average salary is Rs 7-8 LPA and the highest pay package is Rs 13-14 LPA. Internship and live projects are a serious affair and the placement cell is actively involved in summer and winter placements. Students are placed across industries, verticals and roles. From just placing students to actively playing a role in grooming and moulding a student to be corporate ready, the placement cell activities have grown over the years. Training programs are designed to sharpen basic business acumen and improve general knowledge. Targeted courses are charted to enhance employability skills.
