A Chemical Engineering student or a fresher can earn a stipend of around Rs 20,000 in well known organisations. The average pay scale of the Chemical Engineers is around Rs. 4.8 Lakhs. The salary of a Chemical Engineer ranges from Rs. 2 Lakhs to 12.05 Lakhs yearly. He is also entitled to other allowances and perks. A Chemical Engineer at the entry Level can get paid somewhere between Rs.20,000 to 62,000 per month in a public sector organisation. Whereas in private sector, the engineer can earn between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1 Lakh per month. The salary keeps increasing according to the work experience the employee gains. In Private sector, if the engineer has experience of 10-15 years, he can earn salary upto Rs. 2 Lakhs per month. good luck
