EE:Electrical engineering consists only the subjects of electrical curriculum. Syllabus is less in comparison to electrical and electronics engineering but it also reduces the job opportunity. While in electrical and electronics engineering subjects and syllabus of both the disciples are fairly covered. Job opportunity increases as private sector also comes in as a major recruiter with the involvement of electronics. ECE: Here, aspirants deal with Electronics with some part of communication. The subject uses the scientific knowledge of the behaviour and effects of electrons to develop devices, systems, or equipment that uses electricity as part of its driving force. Also it contains basics on electrical machines and more on integrated circuits and communication systems. EEE: In EEE, students have to Study Electrical as well as Electronics. It is the study and application of electrical systems for use in different environments and contains basic electronic courses and more power system. HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL!

In electrical engineering (EE), you will study about the electricity generation and the equipment used in that like motors, wires, generators, etc., but in the electronics and communication engineering (ECE) you will study about the manufacturing of the electronics products that are used for communication like telephones, optical fibres, mobiles and many other things.
