AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Sciences. It is a government institution which provides admission in MBBS course after you qualify in its entrance test. The total number of seats in AIIMS is about 600 in all over India. NEET stands for National Eligibility Entrance Test through which you can get admission in most of the colleges in India. Except for AIIMS and JIPMER, all the colleges comes under NEET.
