With B.Sc-BEd you are eligible for TGT roles only. With M.Sc-BEd you will be eligible for PGT roles in senior secondary schools.

If school service is running every year in your state then first complete B.Ed after B.Sc . If none then complete M.Sc first, because all degrees have an academic score.

B.Ed degree is just a degree which specifies that you are eligible for teaching. If you go for B.Sc B.Ed, then you are eligible to teach up to 10th standard students. And, if you go for M.Sc B.Ed, then you are eligible to teach up to 12th standard students. So, choice is yours, so choose accordingly.

B.Sc B.Ed will give you less opportunities in teaching field in comparison to the M.Sc B.Ed. So, I suggest you to go for M.Sc M.Ed, which will boost you teaching career. Good luck.

Bachelors of Education and B.Sc is Bachelors of Science. Both are Bachelor degrees. By doing B.Ed, you can go for TGT. M.Sc is a Master’s degree in Science so if you go for M.Sc, B.Ed you can go for PGT. TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher where as PGT stands for Post Graduate Teacher. I hope this helps.
