Dear, There will be no difference just a name change (Nomenclature) in different universities. But, the foundation for the programme related to Media and its related sector and profile. Course structure could be different approx 20-25% according to the university study methodology. So, choose the university according to your preference. All the best.

BMC, BJMC, BAJMC and BA (MC) are the same courses having different names and a bit different structure offered by various institutes. These all are Bachelors degree courses in the field of journalism and mass communication. Apart from that, BMM stands for Bachelor of Media Management which is also a Bachelors degree in Media sector. BJMC is the modern one which has all the subjects of journalism, mass media, and communication. Other all are same and called differently in different colleges.
