All of these are Entrance exams to qualify for a B-School in India. There's not much difference when it comes to the syllabus or study materials for these exams. Preparing for one will prepare you for mostly all of them. However the difficulty levels vary. For ex-CMAT and MAT are considerably easy in terms of complexity as compared to CAT or XAT. Also each college has its own entrance exam, like IIMS accept CAT scores, SIBM accepts SNAP XLRI accepts XAT. NMIMS accepts NMAT etc. So, you need to know which colleges you want to apply for to register for the respective exams.
